about me

Hi, I'm Adam Gausmann. I'm a university student in computer science. My passions lie in the fields of software development and cyber security, particularly where they intersect. Software design is one of those things that you need to get right if you want to be secure digitally. For this reason, I absolutely love the Rust language. I started using it a while ago and have noticed how the language itself has changed the way that I think about my code.

This is my personal blog; I'll try to post here often. I'm always participating in CTFs and programming problems - r/dailyprogrammer is one of my favorite places to find them. I will post writeups here as well as in my CTF repository. I try to make them as educational as possible, so hopefully someone else can learn from my mistakes as well!

You may contact me via the following methods. I will do my best to respond within a day or two of receipt.
